Hello, everyone. I know it has been a very long time since I last updated you, but I've seen some of the most extraordinary sights in the past week and have lots on my mind that I can't wait to spill out.
Vans and I have arrived to the great and ancient city of Jerusalem this afternoon and are currently taking much needed rest. Thus far, we've dined and beached in Tel Aviv, crossed 2 borders into and out of Israel/Jordan, slept under the desert stars with the Bedouin, roamed the "city older than time" in Petra, floated in the Dead Sea and smeared mud all over ourselves, and have been face to face with IDF border guards in the West Bank frantically trying to find our Israel visa stamps!
As you can tell, there is too much to update you on in one shot, and it only serves justice to write about each place with energy and dedication. Since I have the entire history of Jerusalem, Judaism, Islam, and Christianity to brush up on tonight, I'm not going to start, but what I will do is post several pictures and quick descriptions of each to whet your appetites.
Really cannot wait to write more. I hope all of you as well and happy as I am.
